Participation in International Conference on Digital Economy & Digital Silk Road

On Sep. 18 and 19, 2018, SRP representatives attended the International Conference on Digital Economy & Digital Silk Road (“the Conference”) in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

The Conference was sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government under the support of National Development and Reform Commission (“NDRC”), aiming to explore new modes and new highlights of digital economy development. 5 sub-forums were set up in the conference, i.e. Cross-border E-commerce, Smart Cities, Artificial Intelligence & Big Data, Smart Logistics and Intelligent Manufacturing.

SRP representative was communicating with other attendees.

During the Conference, China Development Bank and NDRC entered into a cooperative agreement, according to which, RMB 100 billion will be input in the following 5 years to support key projects in Big Data, Internet of Things, New Smart Cities, Digital Silk Road and other areas as strong financial backing for the development of digital economy.

In the future, SRP will remain committed to building “Digital Silk Road” between China and countries along the Belt and Road and deliver on our core mission “Build Digital Silk Road, Realize Cross-Border Trade Interconnectivity”.
